Our policy

At Casamia Exclusive, we recognise and value the provision of information on this website in a format which is accessible to all, regardless of ability or disability.
To ensure that this happens, we have programmed our website following web standards and accessibility guidelines as defined by the W3C. These provisions are in our thinking in all of our web-building work.

This site is developed using valid XHTML and cascading style sheets (CSS). Our site content is separated from presentational elements, which makes it available to any visitors that use technologies such as a screen reader or text only browser.

Active script-reliant content (javascript) is backed up in order that users are still able to access content and view information whilst using script-disabled browsers.

Access Keys

Additionally, top-level sections of the site are accessible with the use of access keys. This is in order to allow users who have difficulty using a mouse or other pointing devices to easily access all main areas of the site.
To use the access keys on the site, press and hold the “Alt” Key, followed by the required letter. It may be necessary to then release these keys and press the “Return” key.
Users browsing with a Firefox browser should hold “Alt” AND “Shift” combined with the required access key.

Government standard keys available on this site are as follows:

  • 1 – Home Page
  • 0 – Menu Page for Access Keys (This Page)
  • s - Skip navigation
  • 4 - Search
  • 8 - Terms and conditions

We have added additional access keys specific to this site. These are as follows:

  • - About Us
  • I -  Contact Us
  • P - Privacy Policy

Text Size

The site has also been built to expand conforming to original design layout. This is in order to allow users with visual impairments to increase text size without losing the structure of the site.

Text size can be increased/decreased by holding the “Ctrl” Key and pressing the “+” or “-” respectively, or by holding the “Ctrl” Key and scrolling the Mouse Wheel (If present). Pressing “Ctrl” together with “0” (zero) will return the text size to its default in later browsers.
